Building on broad Corporate Finance and business skills, I seek to filter out opportunities with the real potential to deliver measurable Corporate value – from a small beginning, minor acquisition or a Corporate incubation to large scale projects. Focus of the last 2 ½ years has been on how to realise the most effective (HVDC) grid for evacuation of energy from the Northern Seas, combining new technology, Cost-Benefit Analyses, social economic, market and legal & regulatory aspects.
I am seasoned and experienced M&A and Corporate Finance advisor with experience in initiating, managing and completing end-to-end transactions through to integration, for the pro-active (re-)structure of organisations to deliver value and the transformation of traditional organisations to capture and build innovation.
