What is Financialmatch.nl
financialmatch.nl is an online platform to connect end users/employers/client and financial specislists. The goal is that financial specialsits can do business directly with the client without intervention of an intermediair/agency.
De users who submit a project are only end users/clients. Intermediairs/agencies are not allowed to submit projects on this platform.
De registrated financial specialists are specialists who are interested in advice and interim assignments or fixed positions.
Account
How do I registrate?
Registration is very easy (see in the header of the website). After registration you will be asked to fill in a (expanded) form. By filling in as much as possible it will increase the opportunity to be found by a client and therefore to find appropriate projects!
Can I join for free?
Yes. You can choose between a free subscription or different paid subscriptions. In all cases you will see the relevant projects. The only difference is the amount for FinancialMatch that you have to pay if you actual fill in an assignment. With a free subscription you pay a higher fee/amount then with the paid subscriptions. What if I lost my login details?
If you lost your password you easely click on forgot password. In your mailbox you will find an mail for a new password. If you don’t remember whitch mailadres you have used for this platform please send a mail to info@financialmatch.nl. We will help you out.
How can I see new projects?
When you create a profile we wil send you new projects which matches with your profile.
My account is blocked for administrave reasons. What can I do?
Possible you have a paid account and you haven’t paid. Please check your mail for the reminder. After you paid the invoice your subscription will be activated again.
Cancel subscription
In your account you can cancel your subscription or you can sent a mail by the contact form where you request to cancel your description. Please inform us which mailadres you are using for our platform. We appreciate if you will inform us about the reason of your canceling.

How can I response on a project?
Response on a project is very easy. If you have found an interesting project you can response (you must be logged in to response).
What is the benefit of joining FinancialMatch for me?
Financialmatch is a nichewebsite where clients/end users can submit financial projects. The basic subscription is for free. If you join financialmatch you will receive relevant projects in your mailbox. Intermediairs/agencies are not allowed to submit projects. This means that your hourly rate will be higher then if you have to work by an agency (they often ask 25-30% margin).
Response to a project?
Response to a project is always for free.
Notifications new projects?
After your registration you will receive new relevant projects in your mailbox.
Receive more or less projects/assignments
If you want to receive more assignments we advise you to expand your profile (for example available not only fulltime but also 2-3 days a week, or more hourly rates, more branches etc). In your account you can change all your settings (don’t forget to safe the changes).
Why don’t get notifications in my email?
Possibly our mails are blocked and you will see them in your spamfilter. Please check your spam mail and look for financialmatch. Click on our mail and mark it as save. We advise you also to add info@financialmatch.nl to your adressbook. If you changed it you are secured to receive our mail in your inbox!
How do I know that a client has choosen for me as the best specialist?
The client will contact you. It is also possible that the client contact you (by mail or private message) for more information before he decides. If the client accept your offer you will get a mail with the information. In your accout you always can see the status of your projects.
Negotations concerning a project
If you and a client are consulting about a project you negotiate yourself about the lenght of time, the work, the hours, your hourly rate and other relevant issues. Pay attention with your hourly rate that you have to pay a small amount (depending of your subscription) to FinancialMatch
Working by a broker
Some clients are obliged or wish to work with a broker. For us this is no problem. You make an agreement with the broker instead of the client and send after each monthe your timesheet to financialmatch.
Must a client always accept an offer?
No. FinancialMatch checks in advance the projects. If we find out that a client only is interested in free quotes we don’t publish the project.
Who can see my response?
Responses are only visible for the client. Other specialists are not able to see your response.
Costs/subscription
Are there any cost to join financialmatch.nl
Financial specialists can choose between a free basic subscription or several paid subscriptions. Every specialist can response on a project for free. Only if you are actual fullfilling an assignment you have to pay a little amount (depense per subscription) to FinancialMatch. Why a fee on top of a (eventually) costs of the subscription
Our goal is that financial specialists help eachother to fill in interesting projects how will benefit the most (because no high fees for the intermediair/agencies). To make it attractive to use FinancialMatch for projects, we pay, during 6 month, 5% of the paid revenues to the person who toke care that a project is submitted to our platform. This means in this case that if a specialist with an proffesional subscription fill in the project, 100% of our fee will be paid to the person who realised that the project was submitted to our platform. Hoe kan ik geld verdienen from financialmatch.nl
Every financial specialist in his enviroment sometimes sees or hears a project or vacancy for a financial specialist. If you are the first person who inform us about this opportunity, the project is published on our platform and an associate specialist fills in this project then you receive, during max 6 month, 5% of the revenues the specialist has charged to the client (excl VAT). How can I ensure that a project arrives at FinancialMatch.
There are multiple possiblities to realise it
• Fill in the form and we will contact (anonymous) the potential client if he is interting in submitting the project on our platform
• Fill in the form and you approach yourself, within 4 hours, the potential client if he is interested to submit the project on our platform
• Fill in the form as a client. We contact you how you want the reward will be paid.
Terms voor the reward:
• The project isn’t external publiced yet
• You are the first who informs us, by the form, about the projectt
• The project is filled in with, Through financialmatch.nl an associated financial specialist
• The interim assignment will be filled in, during the entire period, by the same financial specialist
• The information must, within 3 month, lead to fill in by an associated specialist.
Billing
How does the billing work of the paid subscriptions
After you have chosen for a subscription you can pay (checkout cart) the invoice for the year subscription.
The montly subscription is displaced to inform you about the costs per month.
You receive the invoice in your mailbox and you always can find it in your account.
How does the billing for the project works
How can I pay my subscription and fees to financialmatch.nl?
The subscriptions can be paid by iDeal, CreditCard, PayPal or banktransfer. Fees can be paid by banktransfer
Subscription
The subscription is entered into for a duration of 1 year.
2. The subscription ends by cancellation with a cancellationperiod of 1 month. Cancellation can be done in your account or in writing.
3. If the canccellation is done not on time, the subscription will be extended for 1 year.
4. If a specialist cancel the subscription he never can claim a refund for the paid amount. This also applies if FinancialMatch,according to the terms and conditions, is entitled to remove the account of the user.
5. After canceling the subscription, financialmatch.nl will remove all content of the user, within reasonable time, of her system. After canceling the subscri[ption there is for FinancialMatch no obligation to retain.
Canceling during an assignment
If you, before the end of your subscription have respond on a project or fill in an assignment, your subscription continues till the moment your response is rejected by the client or your project is finished.
I’m a financial specialist but not (yet) a freelancer
You want to fill in assignments but not as a freelancer. In this case financialmatch made appointments with some payrol companies and you van fill in the assignments by them.
You are only interested in fixed jobs. You can register only for fixed. Only if a fixed position is published you receive a mail.
You want to work as a freelancer but you haven’t take actions for it. Go to the Chamber of Commerce (KvK) and register. Most times you receive your papers and Kvk-number) within a copple of days.
